How are my ink ribbons dispatched?

That depends on the weight of your ribbon order. All orders for ink ribbons less than 3kg in weight are usually dispatched by first class Royal Mail Packet Post. Ink ribbon orders over 3kg in weight are sent via Interlink Express Next Day Service.

How quickly are my ink ribbon supplies dispatched?

We have a wide range of cheap, high quality ink ribbons always in stock and aim to send 95% of orders out on the day we receive the order. If there is to be any delay we will advise you by email. We DO NOT debit your payment card until the goods are being dispatched.

My ink ribbon machine is not listed; does that mean that Tonik does not stock it?
