You will need to use a Tonik cleaning ink cartridge (cleaning cartridge) under the following circumstances: when lines occur when printing documents or images; when ink does not flow freely during printing; when errors, or broken lines, appear on the nozzle check pattern; when the printer is used after an extended period of non-use and use a cleaning ink cartridge (cleaning cartridge) when it is to be used before replacing a normal non-cleaning ink cartridge.

That depends on the weight of your cleaning ink cartridge (cleaning cartridges) order. All orders for cleaning ink cartridges (cleaning cartridges) less than 3kg in weight are usually dispatched by first class Royal Mail Packet Post. Cleaning ink cartridge (cleaning cartridge) orders over 3kg in weight are sent via Interlink Express Next Day Service.
